ExchangeArrange™: a new concierge-level service at FractionalExchange.com

ExchangeArrange™ is a new concierge-level service at FractionalExchange.com.

Members at FractionalExchange.com can easily message other members and arrange their own exchanges. This is the primary role at FractionalExchange.com and included in Silver* and Gold membership levels.

However, there are times that a member may desire assistance with an exchange and ExchangeArrange™ is designed to assist in the following ways:

• Secure an exchange in a location we may not yet currently serve (we’ll actually call non-members with homes in the desired location)
• Work a non-direct “three-way” exchange (work with three or more members at a time to effect an exchange)
• “Banking” of time

ExchangeArrange™ is an added benefit at FractionalExchange.com and available for a fee of $250 per exchange (only charged if an exchange is arranged).

*Silver members (free) may only message other members with property in the immediate geographic proximity of the member’s property) while Gold members do not have this restriction (for example, an owner with a home in Mexico may message an owner with a home in Colorado).
