Vail Mountain Lodge and Spa

During our tour of fractional developments in Ski Country, USA (Utah and Colorado), we were fortunate enough to stay at the Vail Mountain Lodge and Spa (http://www.vailmountainlodge.com/), a stunning “WOW” property nestled in Vail Village along the banks of Gore Creek.

Our lodging was in the Riva Suite, a well-appointed 3 bedroom luxury condo overlooking Gore Creek (http://www.vailmountainlodge.com/lodge/vail-condo-rental.html for photos).  With a light dusting of late-October snow, the view of Gore Creek, Vail Village and the lower slopes of Vail Mountain from one of three balconies in the suite was wonderful.

Vail Mountain Lodge and Spa sports their own restaurant as well, the Terra Bistro. After a long day driving from Park City to Vail, we enjoyed an arrival dinner at the Terra Bistro that was incredible and reasonably priced for a luxury restaurant.
