Austria Haus — proven fractional in Vail, Colorado

Our business trip visiting with fractional resorts in Utah and Colorado moved today to the Austria Haus in Vail, Colorado. Situated directly on the banks of Gore Creek at Vail Village, Austria Haus is a sold-out fractional development that was developed in 1997.

Named for the house that originally occupied the land where Austria Haus now stands, the property consists of fractional two- and three-bedroom suites, a hotel component and retail shops. It is steps away from the massive Solaris project currently under construction and conveniently located to Vail’s main lifts. Austria Haus recently underwent an extensive remodel (2007) and is nicely furnished and equipped; truly a home-away-from-home for owners. The General Manager, Laura Warren, explained to us that many of the original owners remain and that resales have been rare, indirectly indicating the quality of the project.
