Designed to serve the needs of the vacation property owner, FractionalExchange.com is an online venue that allows its members to contact other members for the purpose of arranging exchange of vacation properties. For an annual membership fee, members are able to list their vacation residence on FractionalExchange.com, providing detailed information and photos for the property. Other members may then contact them directly to arrange an exchange. In the days following launch, FractionalExchange.com had over 100 member listings available, confirming the immediate need for such a member network.
